(1) Peggy Sweeny Award: Div IX, CL 4-0 Various. Enamels assorted. See page 7 in Blue Book. Trophy, $3, $2.
(2) Div IX, CL 21-9L, M/L. Best assortment, of sections17-20 with at least four, and not over eight classes included from each section. Refer to page 26 in Blue Book. Assorted Materials. Must be mounted in numerical order and labeled as to class. Limited to three studio buttons. Previous blue ribbon winners of this award are not eligible to compete. $50, $30, $20.
(3) Div IX, CL 6-0, and 7-0L, 24 Any. Eight whole numbers represented for black glass and represent nine whole numbers for clear and colored glass. Seven free choices of additional sub classes. Mount all black glass together and all clear and colored glass together. Must be mounted in numerical order and labeled as to class or sub class. Previous blue ribbon winners of this award are not eligible to compete.

(4) Div IX, CL 18-4.1, 18-12, and 20-18, 20 Any. Specialized to practitioners of the needle arts, their tools, and their handy work. No more than five non-realistics. No limit on studio or handcrafted buttons. No balance required. Aspen Leaf
(5) CL 23-11, 25 Any Studio buttons whose makers are in "A Reference Book on Studio Button Makers", Sec 1, book by Jane S. Leslie, and including those buttons marked as to maker and, if possible, dated. Consideration should be for variety of makers first, then assorted materials. Buttons must be mounted on acetate. Labeling as to maker is suggested. Mountain Club
(6) CL 1.0 thru 15.5, 25 Any. Assorted Materials specialized to drum and drum like buttons. (With straight sides) Lark But'ning
(7) CL 1-0 thru 15-0, 18-0 and 20-0, 24 Any. Subject matter relating to the James Bond 007 movies. Three buttons each of the following subject matter with three extra buttons of your choice of any of the listed categories: diamonds (clear paste only); gadgets; gambling; gold color (no pictorials); silver color (no pictorials); transportation and women. (8) CL 1-5, 25 Any. Celluloid specific to spaghetti or strand (extruded) form. Extruded embellishment on bases is acceptable. Look for colors, other material embellishments and shapes. Buttons must be mounted on acetate. Mountain Club

(19) CL 19-3, 19-9, 25 Any. Realistic fruits and vegetables as defined by USDA, assorted materials, 10 fruits, 10 vegetables, 5 any fruits or vegetables, group fruits and vegetables separately labeling suggested. Mountain Club
(20) CL 20-3, 20 Any. 20 different cartoon, comic, or commercial characters. Label character names. The wining tray will have the largest number of characters represented. Minimum of 4 materials, no balance required. Realistics not limited. Refer to page 58 in Blue Book. Lark But'ning

A five dollar award will be paid to the donor of the special award that draws the most entries.
JUST A REMINDER, winners of blue ribbons do not enter the same section, class, and size again for five years.
